Service Description

Retreats require more than a beautiful destination- they depend on thoughtful planning, local coordination, and a clear understanding of how people will move, gather, and experience the environment together. Globally supports retreat design for organizations, teams, and groups seeking intentional experiences supported by strong logistics and on-the-ground coordination. We assist with destination selection, travel flow, accommodations, transportation, activities, and scheduling — ensuring that each element works together seamlessly. Retreat support may also include destination-based services commonly referred to as Destination Management (DMC), such as coordinating special guests, local vendors, venues, transportation, and experiences. Depending on the location and scope, services may be provided directly by Globally or in partnership with trusted local destination management teams aligned with the retreat’s goals and tone. Retreat support can be provided on a per-project basis or as part of a broader travel coordination engagement.
